Land subdivision
Surveying and drawings for dividing a plot into separate parcels (ifraz), prepared for the land registry process.
When a plot is divided between heirs, sold in part or prepared for development, the new parcels have to be measured, drawn and set out on the ground.
We survey the existing plot, prepare the proposed subdivision with the area of each new parcel, and mark the new boundary points on site so everyone can see exactly where the lines fall.
