A topographic survey is usually the first thing an architect or engineer needs before design can start. We measure the site on the ground and record its levels, boundaries, existing buildings, walls, trees, roads and visible services.
The result is a drawing your design team can work on directly: a DWG / DXF file set up for Civil 3D, with contours, spot levels and the existing features on their own layers.
